Overview

Our Client was an early stage venture in the field of Genomics. We designed and develop a logistics system that enables them to manage clinical trials, track physical samples mailed by study subjects, and interface with principal investigators.​

System scope

The system consists of iOS and Android apps used by study subjects to report data and track collection of physical samples. These samples are tracked from dispatch from warehouse, till receipt in a laboratory.​ Simultaneously, phenotypic data reported by study subjects is viewed and analyzed both by Commense and participating hospitals, via a web application. The entire system is designed to enable HIPAA compliance, and is architected on Amazon AWS.
